What counts as an active athlete?+
An active athlete is anyone on your roster with a session scheduled or completed in the current month. Athletes you've paused or archived don't count. You can have unlimited inactive athletes on any plan.
Are there any fees on payments I collect?+
Fitstash charges zero platform fees on payments. You pay only Stripe's standard processing rate — 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — which goes directly to Stripe, not us. No percentage cuts, no monthly payment tiers.
What do parents see, and does it cost them anything?+
Parents get their own free app where they can follow along during sessions, receive real-time alerts, and read post-session reports. It's completely free for parents and athletes — always. You control exactly what they see from your session settings.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes to both. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens when I hit my athlete limit?+
You'll get a heads-up before you hit your cap. When you do, you can upgrade in one tap — your data, history, and settings carry over instantly. You won't lose access to any existing athletes while you decide.
Is there a discount for paying annually?+
Yes — annual billing saves you 15%. Trainer Coach drops from $39.99/mo to $34/mo, and Pro drops from $99/mo to $83/mo. That's $72 and $192 saved per year respectively.
